RETURNS
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In the same condition you received it
- With original tags attached
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt

DAMAGES OR ORDER ISSUES
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items showing signs of wear or use
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to receive a different size or item is to:
- Request a return for the original item, and
- Place a new order once your return has been approved.
This ensures quicker processing and product availability.
EUROPEAN UNION — 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
Items must still be returned in original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Processing typically occurs within 10 business days after approval.
- Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
